Octavian Paler plagiat sau plagiator? Am gasit un filmulet pe You Tube, in mai multe limbi, care era o prezentare a unui eseu numit " Paradox of our Time " semnat Bob Moorehead. Ca rezultat al unei contradictii cu cineva am aflat ca e de fapt o poezie scrisa de Octavian Paler numita " Paradoxul zilelor noastre ", traducere cuvint cu cuvint a versiunii anterioare. Am cautat pe net si am aflat ca eseul scris de Bob Moorehead a aparut in 1995 intr-o carte numita " Words aptly spoken ". Am cautat si versiunea domnului Paler insa nu am gasit publicatia unde apare pentru prima data. Voi ce parere aveti?
Gata! Am gasit! Se pare ca nu este textul lui! Si nici "Interviu cu Dumnezeu" nu este! :(((

Interesanta postarea ta. Nu stiam de Bob Moorehead. Am cautat si eu acum, dar nu gasesc nicio referinta la anul aparitiei. 
RăspundeCineva spunea ca a aparut in " Scrisori imaginare " din 1979 dar eu ma indoiesc ca in acele vremuri comuniste Paler ar fi putut scrie asa ceva, iar daca citesti bine scrie si ceva referitor la calculatoare si internet ceea ce in acea vreme era practic imposibil.

Da aici recunoaste, dar de ce lumea ii atribuie lui acest eseu?
Din ce zice acolo, "Interviu cu Dumnezeu" a fost publicat intr-un ziar canadian cu numele lui. Probabil ceva de genul asta a fost si cu " Paradoxul vremurilor noastre".
Chiar si Biblioteca din Sibiu am vazut ca-i atribuie lui Paler acest eseu.
Nu stiu cine i-a atribuit acest eseu domnuluu Paler dar cred ca trebuie corectata.

Se pare ca poezia ii este atribuita si lui Dalai Lama... si lui George Carlin... hmmm, nu cred ca Paler ar fi plagiat! Probabil toti ceilalti l-au plagiat pe el! :P
