ON HALLOWEEN

The witches fly
Across the sky,
The owls go, "Who? Who? Who?"
The black cats yowl
And green ghosts howl,
"Scary Halloween to you!"


SHIVERS

Bushes quiver
where shadows lean,
and not a sliver
of moon is seen.

Near the river
some goblins (green)
with a witch in front
and a ghost in between

Make me sh. i. vvvver,
but I am keen
about the shivers
of Halloween.


HALLOWEEN POEM

Tonight is the night,
to have a great fright,
Don't be surprised nor scared,
just be prepared,
For tonight is Halloween!


Halloween, Halloween,
Oh what funny things I've seen...
Witches Hats,
Coal Black Cats,
Broom Stick Riders,
Mice and Bats!

Holloween Night is such a fright
Ghosts and Goblins are really a sight
The witches stir brew
The goblins they drool
The bats fly high up in the sky
While the children all laugh
watching the costumes they pass
As they knock at the doors
They say Trick or Treat
Only in hopes for a really sweet treat

Halloween is almost here
Witches flying left and right
ghost and goblins what a fright!
Yummy Candy, Custoums galore,
I wish Halloween would come about more.



Halloween is here
for everyone to cheer
so my tears could go
to my scary ears.



October is that time of year
When you stand up and cheer!
Give out candy
Have it handy
Scare some kids
Say trick or treat
Have some fun,
But don't smell feet!



Halloween's a sudden BOO!
And just as quick a scream:
Laughing in the scary dark,
Loving friendly fright.
On Halloween, witches come true;
Wild ghosts escape from dreams.
Each monster dances in the parca,
Eating candy like a shark-
Now kiss and say goodnight!

and she likes to twitch
I have a mummy
that has an ache in it's tummy
Our pumpkin is scary
and is very hairy
I have a ghoul
that drools
King Kong
plays a gong

In the Witch's Kitchen lies
A box of pies
And foxes eyes
A human brain
And some fine champagne
Frog legs
And two dozen eggs
Spider webs
And lettuce heads
A lock of hair
And candy to share
And that's what's in the Witch's Kitchen


For our Halloween party
this is what we'll do
we will make witches' brew
to drink with booger stew.
Then we'll have some
pumpkin too.
we'll cook it up till
it becomes goo.
we'll serve it in
a dirty old shoe.
Do you want to come to our party too?

cute as a post
gave me a scream
he sat in the hall
not very tall
i sat on the poor little ghosts tail!

For the little ones do much more
They enjoy to make designs
Clean out the inside
Make spooky faces
Funny ones too
You light it up at night
And put it by the door
For the little ones will come
And adore

Very scary creatures are skeleteens
Frightened children stay in rooms
Kids are afraid of heights
Werewolves bite
Children fly their kites
Mouses on houses
All on Halloween night.

The house books empty
There's no one around
There isn't a sight

In the darkness each year
I feel the same shame
Having eaten the treats
