This is currently far too vague to answer. What cand of theory is it? Do you have evidence for your theory? What is your educational background in physics? Are you in contact with professors who might be able to give you posting access to arXiv.org e-Print archive?
If you don't have extensive training in physics, your theory is almost certainly not ready for publication. The first step would be to make sure that your theory is reasonable, then worry about where to publish it.
In terms of checking whether it's reasonable, Quora is a decent bet. There are enough physicists around that they should hopefully be able to give you some quick feedback. I'll warn you, though, that the vast majority of the "theories" of physics that non-physicists come up with make absolutely no sense and contradict known experimental results. So, you should try not to get too attached to your idea, until you've run it by someone who can give you informed feedback!
