The phrase above states that people who are guilty of the same fallacies/sins as those whom they are accusing should not do so. It basically says that you should not attack someone on behalf of something he/she did when you do the same. It talks about hypocrisy, and how one should not be a hypocrite.
By letter, it means you should not throw stones, or your own glass house will break - if you're a hypocrite, people will find out about it and you will suffer because of it.
