I was informed about this incident a few moments ago and as it seems there has indeed been an issue with the DC vouchers where they could be bought for less than they should. As it's weekend and naturally noone from the product team is currently available a definitive answer on how this is going to be dealt with can not be given at this very moment. Bear in mind we had christmas, new year's eve, people were on vacation and just only now they're coming back one by one. I have, as we speak, written a report to the product team requesting information on how this will be dealt with but obviously before tomorrow, probably in the afternoon, no definitive answers will be given. As much as I understand how inconvenient and annoying this situation is for you, please be patient and await further information. In the end, that's exactly what I myself have to do as well.

As I personally am on vacation now the next information post will be done either by me or my replacement Gfinder. Until then please remain calm and at all times keep in mind: even in situations like this you are obliged to abide to the forum rules.

Am fost informat despre acest incident câteva momente în urmă și după cum se pare, într-adevăr nu a fost o problemă cu tichetele DC, unde acestea ar putea fi cumpărate pentru mai puțin decât ar trebui. Ca week-end e și firesc nimeni din echipa de produs este in prezent disponibil un răspuns definitiv cu privire la modul acest lucru se întâmplă să fie abordate nu poate fi dat chiar în acest moment. Tineti minte am avut de Crăciun, ajunul noului an, oamenii au fost în vacanță și doar abia acum se întorc una câte una. Am, în timp ce vorbim, un raport scris pentru echipa produsul solicita informații despre cum aceasta va fi tratată cu, dar, evident, înainte de ziua de mâine, probabil, în după-amiaza, nu raspunsuri definitive va fi dat. La fel de mult cum am înțeles cât de incomod și enervant această situație este pentru tine, vă rugăm să aveți răbdare și să aștepte informații suplimentare.
