Cu engleza ma descurc foarte bine: citesc, scriu corect si cand un om vorbeste in engleza eu il pot intelege. Problema mea este ca, atunci cand incerc sa vorbesc in engleza, inainte de a spune ceva, imi este greu sa formulez propozitii pe moment. Trebuie sa gandesc cum sa formulez corect o propozitie mai intai, iar asta imi ia ceva timp. Cum pot invata sa vorbesc fluent engleza? Cum pot sa invat sa formulez propozitii spontan atunci cand sunt intrebata? Acest lucru este posibil sa il invat singura sau un profesor imi va fi mai de folos? Singura cum as putea?

Nu este o problema mare, trust me.
You must have a conversation with someone(a friend, a member of your family etc.).
"Repetition is the mother of learning".You don't need a teacher for this thing."Borrow" a friend for an hour or half an hour and put questions to each other.Tell your friend that he/she has to put the questions and you must answer.The questions can be sticky(ex: What do you think about pollution? or What's your favourite actor/actress and why?) or easier(What's your favourite food? or pet, or city, or parent etc.).
These sort of questions are given at matriculation and if you already know the answers I can say that you're cool.But at matriculation you have to stand on a chair in front of your interlocutor(s) and have a conversation with them about your subject-question.
