Uite aici rezolvarea:
the solution for NFS II [ initmem - INSUFFICIENT memory to continue file wininitmem.c LINE 242 ]

1- install NFS II By opening > Start > Run then type this
[! UR CD ROM!]/setup/english/setup.exe with winecfg set to Windows 95

2- download this file
http://www.zeus-software.com/files/nglide/myth_patch.zip
and copy those files from it to the game directory :
-nfs2sea.sdb
-nfs2sen.sdb

3-download dgVoodoo1. 50Beta2 from this link

and copy those from it to the game directory :
-dgVoodoo.vxd
-glide2x.dll
-glide.dll

4- download Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit 5.6 from this link

at the bottom u can see some downloads so download this 1
( ApplicationCompatibilityToolkitSetup.exe ) > 12.3 MB
or Google ( Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit 5.6 ) and download it

5- Run Compatibility Administrator (32-bit) from the start menu in the Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit tab
- u can see on the tools tab [ FIX ] click on it or use the shortcut Ctrl+P
now u have to fill this words inside
- Name of the program to be fixed : Need For speed II
- Name of the vendor for this program : Electronic Arts
- Program file location :C:\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed II\nfsw.exe or browse for it if you had install it somewere else
- click next > Dont choose anything just click the 2nd Next > now u gotta check 3 boxes here which is :
1-CorrectFilePaths
2-EmulateGetDiskFreeSpace
3-GlobalMemoryStatusLie
- then click next > then finish

- click save or Crtl + S [ save that in the game directory]
- Now click on nfsw.exe file in the right panel of Compatibility Administrator. Click Run button Or press F5.

- The game should start.
