Te mintit grav, fisierul ce contine lista cu admini se afla intotdeauna in Counter-Strike/cstrike/amxmodx; adminmod; amxmodx/configs. Ceea ce ti-a dat el tie este nimic mai mult decat un config ce modifica detaliile jocului, iar asta numai pe partea clientului!
Ceva in genu trebuie sa arte user.ini ce ar fi trebuit sa iti dea (asta e al meu)
