Ingredients:
We need:

6 egg whites
4 yolks
200 grams powdered sugar
200 grams ground walnuts
1 pinch of baking off with lemon juice

4 eggs
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour

Cream
200 grams butter
200 grams powdered sugar
2 egg yolks (left over from a cake)
2 tablespoons natural coffee
200 grams walnuts
rum extract
Whipped cream - 500 ml

Glaze
150 grams sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons water
25 grams butter
Preparation:
A leaf
Beat 6 egg whites foam plus 200 grams powdered sugar, 4 egg whites, baking powder and lemon off the ground walnuts.
Coat pan Tempered glass (with dimensions of 20/30 cm) with baking paper, pour the mixture and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove to a rack and let cool.

The four white boy beat whites with salt, add the 2 tablespoons of water, then sugar and mix well.
Add flour and baking powder off with lemon juice.

Allow to cool and then add the butter cream with a little rum extract.
Arrange on a platter rectangular cake with nuts, then a cream and white cake.
Garnish with whipped cream and finely ground nuts.

Glaze
Boil in a saucepan sugar, sifted cocoa and water until thickened slightly.
Add the butter a little more than a walnut, stir and pour over cake.
