dau click pe my computer si imi scrie windows stoped working, iar apoi windows is restarting.am scanat cu scaner online bitdefender si cu antimalware si nu mi sa gasit nimic. ce as putea face ca mearga dar fara sa imi reinstalez windows?

si nu ai specificat de fel de sistem de operare folosesti ca sa te poata ajuta lumea!

De inceput iti spun ca nu sunt sigur de unde vine problema.Am patit si inca patesc si tot ce stiu este ca programul,windowsul in cazul de fata nu raspunde comenzilor. Sfaturile mele :
-curata pc-ul; procesorul poate fi "suprasolicitat", chiar daca nu este normal la deschiderea pc-ului (praful dauneaza, ingreuneaza sistemul);
- control panel -> action center -> recovery -> open system restore (pe win 7)
- update windows
