Există în Windows 7 un program numit Task Scheduler. Start› All Programs› Accessories› Sistem Tools› Task Scheduler
Poți să setezi mai multe de acolo. E cam complicat, dar merită să descoperi.
Succes! Și ia-o încetișor să nu strici ceva. Eu am făcut să pornească muzica la ce oră vreau.

Run a program automatically when Windows starts

If you always open the same programs after starting your computer, such as a web browser or an e‑mail program, you might find it convenient to have them start automatically when you start Windows. Programs or shortcuts placed in the Startup folder will run whenever Windows starts.

Click the Start button, click All Programs, right-click the Startup folder, and then click Open.

Open the location that contains the item you want to create a shortcut to.

Right-click the item, and then click Create Shortcut. The new shortcut appears in the same location as the original item.

Drag the shortcut into the Startup folder.

The next time you start Windows, the program will run automatically.

La windows 7 apasam butonul start in casuta de cautare scriem "msconfig" si dam enter.
O sa se deschida o fereastra cu mai multe taburi dar pe noi ne intereseaza tabul "Startup" si de acolo deselectam programele care nu ne trebuie sa porneasca deodata cu windows-ul.

Daca ai XP il bagi in folderul Startup din Programs. Merge si cu drag'ndrop adica il tragi cu mouse-ul in folderul Startup.
