Mai ieri lucram cu o programa, dar azi nu mai merge, deoarece imi da o eroare:

Uitati ce am facut:
Am pus din nou Microsoft. Net Framework 2.0, si Microsoft. Net SDK 2.0
Am cautat pe diferite site-uri, si am gasit cum sa activez JIT debugging, dar e in engleza, si la mine windows-ul e in rusa… Am incercat sa schimb limba, dar imi cere un CD pe care nu-l am… Apoi am mai gasit ceva… si trebuia sa ma duc la >Run-Regedit. Dar acolo nu stiu din ce cauza multe fisiere lipsesc.
Acum, ceea ce vreau sa va intreb:
Cum sa schimb limba fara sa-mi ceara CD-ul?
De ce imi lipsesc atitea fisiere?
Cum sa le restabilesc?
Si ce trebuie sa mai fac ca sa scap de acea eroare?
Va rooooooog mult, ajutati-ma, cei care au avut ceva de genul asta, ce ati facut? URGENT! Multumesc anticipat 
