Reset your BlackBerry to its factory settings if you think there is a problem with something you have loaded onto the phone. Select "Options" from the Home screen, click "Security Options" and select "General Settings." Hit your "Menu" key and opt to "Wipe Handheld." Select all check boxes (Third Party Applications, Email, etc.) and "Continue" to completely clean up your BlackBerry. Type "BlackBerry" (no quotes) to complete the factory reset. Allow your BlackBerry to reset itself. Note: This can take up to an hour, so be patient.
