Poate mai gasesti si aici informatii.
Daca intrebarea se refera la subiect atunci nu mai folosim un alt vb auxiliar decat cel care ajuta la formarea timpului verbului de baza.Wh + complete verb + other words? ex. What was that noise? sau Who talked to you? (who si what in aceste cazuri sunt subiecte);
Daca wh- word este complement se va folosi auxiliarul "do" in cazul in care verbul este la aspectul simplu (present simple sau past simple), (ex.How does the radio work? When did your friend leave?) (gasesti indicatiile in engleza pe site) sau un auxiliar modal: Where can we put our things?
Daca in componenta verbului se afla si alte vb auxiliare (be, have) ca in urmatoarele exemple date de profesoara ta: What is John doing?, Where have you put the map? Where have the thieves been hiding?, Why have you been drinking again?
Succes!
Sunt in primul an de facultate, dar sunt la matematica...nu prea m-a interesat engleza. Trebuie sa spun cand se folosesc auxiliarele(be, have, do, can), apoi la SUBJECT/OBJECT QUESTIONS (Which is te subject and which is the object in these questions?, PREPOSITIONS IN WH-QUESTIONS(Where is the preposition usually placed in this type of wuestions? Can we always move the preposition from its regular place? It there a difference in meaning if we change the place of the preposition?), Uses of what, The difference between WHAT and HOW, WHICH compared with WHO and WHAT. Asta este

Http://esl.about.com/od/thebasics/a/Wh-Questions.htm Aici ai mai multe informatii cu privire la prepozitii, unde se aseaza ele in Wh- questions: de obicei la sfarsitul intrebarii; ex. Where are you coming from? (De unde vii?)
Atunci cand cuvantul interogativ este precedat de o prepozitie vorbim de o caracteristica a lb engleze literare; ex: At whom are you looking?- La cine te uiti? In vorbire prepozitia se aseaza la sfarsitul intrebarii: Who are you looking at?
Spor!
La "De unde vii?" se foloseste prezentul simplu din cate stiu eu.Adica "Where do you come from?"
Where do you come from?" usually means "What city or country were you born in?" In certain contexts, "Where are you coming from?" might be used to mean "where are you coming from right now?" For instance, if I happen to see a friend at the airport, and he has obviously just gotten off a plane, I might say "where are you coming from?"
Multumesc frumos! iar aici cum as putea raspunde? Can you notice when each auxiliary is used? What other observation can you make related to auxiliary? eg: What is John doing? What was that noise? Where have you put the map? Where have the thieves been hiding? How does the radio work? When did your friend leave? Where can we put our things? Why have you been drinking again?
